BMS Monitor is a mobile app for monitoring your battery management system (BMS) in real time over Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE).

Connect to a compatible BMS, scan nearby devices, and view pack-level and cell-level data on a clear dashboard. Check battery health, cell balance, and operating status.

KEY FEATURES

Real-time pack overview • State of charge (SOC) and capacity (remaining / full Ah) • Pack voltage, current, and power (W) • Charge / discharge gauge with visual power flow • Cycle count and other pack summary metrics

Cell-level monitoring • Individual cell voltages in a bar chart (up to 32 cells) • Maximum and minimum cell voltage with cell index • Voltage delta (ΔV) for quick balance checks • Wire resistance (mΩ) where provided by your BMS

Temperature & alarms • MOS and sensor temperature readings • Alarm and protection flags (e.g. over-voltage, under-voltage, over-current, temperature) when reported by the BMS

BMS information & status (read-only) • Device information screen (firmware and related details where available) • Charge / discharge MOS on/off, balancing, and other status flags • Dedicated information and status views separate from the live dashboard

Bluetooth connection • Scan for nearby BLE BMS devices • Connect and stream live telemetry • Select the wire protocol per device before or after connection • Last-used device is remembered for faster reconnection

SUPPORTED BMS PROTOCOLS

• JK BMS — JK-family BLE protocol Supported JK models include JK-B1A24S family, JK-B1A32S-P, JK-BXAXS-XP, and JK-DZ08-B1A24S (compatibility may vary by firmware).

• ANT BMS — ANT BMS BLE protocol

If readings look wrong or connection fails, try the other wire protocol in the scan or device menu.

HOW IT WORKS

Enable Bluetooth on your phone.
Open BMS Monitor and scan for devices.
Select your BMS and choose the correct wire protocol if needed.
Connect and view real-time data on the dashboard.
Open Information / Status for additional read-only BMS details.
REQUIREMENTS

• A BMS with Bluetooth Low Energy support • Android 12 (API 31) or later • Bluetooth permissions (BLUETOOTH_SCAN and BLUETOOTH_CONNECT)

On supported Android versions, BLE scan does not require location permission.

IMPORTANT

BMS Monitor is a monitoring and diagnostic tool for viewing data from your BMS. It does not change BMS settings, charge/discharge limits, or protection parameters unless such features are explicitly added in a future version.

Always follow your battery pack and BMS manufacturer’s safety instructions. Do not rely solely on this app for critical safety decisions.
