About this app

Nytch connects you to locally owned and operated businesses that sell everything from custom floral arrangements to hardware for your next DIY project--offline goods and services you can't easily access anywhere else. Start by creating a request describing a problem you are working on or a specific product you need. We connect that request to matched local businesses who will respond with thoughtful goods and services to address it--competing for your business and providing guidance along the way. You can even ask to hold it in store to make sure it fits your needs exactly before you buy it.

Nytch has partnered with Goodwill of the Sacramento Valley and Northern Nevada! Two locations are currently live on Nytch (Fruitridge Manor and Industrial Boulevard in West Sacramento)--and two more are launching on Tuesday, July 7 (L Street Boutique and the dedicated furniture store on Arden). Additional locations will be joining in the coming weeks. Be sure to tell us which Goodwill store you want to see online with Nytch next!

This is a new app I just got and am still learning. I love it. I'm working with local shops right now but expect to go out wide on a big item soon. My kids and I are using it together, and we're looking forward to longer lunches with the time NYTCH saves us. I expect some glitches with every app but none with NYTCH so far. The whole concept behind this app--you say what you're looking for and sellers tell you what they have that meets your need and you see if you can deal--is ingenious!

Needs a lot of work. I would like to request a specific item. The app either cannot do that or does not make it at all clear how to do so. The developers should go out and use it and try to think as a naive user, which you guys don't seem to be able to do. ( I am a retired personal software developer) Forget the flashy stuff and go out there with your mother and carefully watch her use it. don't give her any directions about it. do that with a few dozen people.

Thank you so much for your honest feedback. Although we are a small team, we are working very hard to make the user experience a pleasant and successful one. We hope that you consider giving us another try in future releases. Please email us at hello@nytch.me with any further thoughts or idea on how to do our job better.

The way this is setup is just really silly. You can't search you can't even seem to browse. Seems the whole point of this app is to show you where thrift stores are. I guess they haven't learned about google maps or something. Bizarre.

Depending on where you are located, you may have some difficulty using Nytch as we are currently active in only a few markets. However, if you are in a live service area, please understand that Nytch is an on-demand shopping platform where your requests are matched with offline stores. It's an offline-to-online bridge for shoppers and stores.

What's new

Shoppers can now view their created requests under My Orders along with purchases.
