I've had the dock pro for over a week now and it works great. I cannot speak for the app yet as I cannot get past the log in screen. I log in and it reloads the log in screen. No error message. I can log in to my account on the website so I know it is correct. Opened a ticket and haven't heard anything back for a week. 2 years later. New phone and every type of trouble shooting possible. I still cannot fully utilize the pad because I have never been able to get the units connected to the app.

Recent upgrade made the app non-functional. Crashes every time I try to open it. It's been working great for 2 years and now it doesn't work at all. The app is what makes the system worth the cost, as it gives the ability to set up sleep schedules, change temperature during the night, and gives alerts when the system is running low on water or needs maintenance. Ruined a good thing.

App was forced to upgrade from the old Sleepme version to the chilipad app. My device cannot connect to the app anymore. Was working great for last few years. If you force an app update on me, everything should continue to work. I have one of the fairly new dock pro versions. Next time I need to upgrade, I will not be going with chilipad but will be using any competitor product. I've been with you for years and have always had issues with the apps working properly.
