App was forced to upgrade from the old Sleepme version to the chilipad app. My device cannot connect to the app anymore. Was working great for last few years. If you force an app update on me, everything should continue to work. I have one of the fairly new dock pro versions. Next time I need to upgrade, I will not be going with chilipad but will be using any competitor product. I've been with you for years and have always had issues with the apps working properly.

There is a logic flaw in the App, if you are inviting someone else to your device/bed they cannot have a VPN enabled when they click your invite link as the app will launch and nothing else happens. There is also some other hidden logic/code that they don't disclose when searching for a Bluetooth device to pair; rapidly tapping the screen unlocks a hidden prompt.

While the product itself is great, the app could use work. The most frustrating featre is the responsiveness of the app when the unit is turned on and off. It should not take a guessing game to figure out if the unit took the on or off command worked. Temp changing once it's on is pretty good, and I'm glad for the low water alert which the Ooer 3 app was missing edit 5/5/26 The new version of the app fixed my main concern! turning the unit on and off is perfectly responsive now!
