I've been using this app for quite a while now. It's had its ups and downs but worked okay, and it's faster than it used to be, but for the last month now the saved payment method doesn't show up anymore, I have removed it and re added it and it still says pay at Pharmacy, not a huge issue but still, also stopped using the medication reminder part a long time back as it started to just not remind me anymore.

I just got the alert for my 3pm alarm....it's 8pm...which is no help. I wonder when the alert for my 8pm alarm will sound 😡 I use these as I need help to remember to take medications!! Why order a reminder if you can't even make it work properly?? PLEASE DONT REPLY WITH A CANNED RESPONSE.

It will only add some of my scripts to the app, and others it won't. Sometimes when I have them dispensed and they send me repeats I try to upload them to the app and they won't, so I end up with half of my scripts on text, half on the app, and still some on paper, it drives me crazy! 23/7/23; have emailed for support and they basically said "meh" and shrugged their shoulders. Do they not care that medication is a serious issue for customers?
