The products did some serious wonder. My skin feels healthy. But there is some problem with the app. if you order any product by mistake (I did recently) you can't cancel it. I tried to contact by email before shipment but got no answer. Also I didn't find any phone number to call their customer support.

I’ve used Minimalist for 4 months and the results are amazing. But a recent issue disappointed me. I ordered the Anti-Dandruff Shampoo and tried to cancel it within 15 mins, but there’s no cancel option on the app. I mailed them several times; the AWB wasn’t generated yet, but right after my mails they created it. This process felt unnecessary. A simple in-app cancel option would make the experience much better.
