Worst shopping experience. I placed an order and immediately noticed my address was outdated. The app has no Cancel Order or Update Address option. I emailed support before the order shipped, but after hours they only said it was already shipped and couldn't help. Now I must wait for delivery to fail, return to origin, and then wait for my refund. This process is unacceptable. Add Cancel/Update Address and prioritize urgent support requests. I have used it for more than 2 yrs now plan to move.

very very worst experience.I placed an order on your website on 06/08/2026. The status showed “Out for Delivery” on 09/08/2026, but I still haven’t received the courier.I tried calling the delivery agent’s number provided by you, but it has been switched off. I have been trying to reach that number for the past five days, but there has been no response.There is also no proper customer support from your side. I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed with your service. Please look into this issue

Worst delivery experience I have ever had. My order kept showing "Out for Delivery" every day, but it was never delivered. False delivery attempt updates were added without any call or contact from the delivery agent. Despite multiple complaints, no effective action was taken. Customers should not have to chase support repeatedly just to receive an order. Highly disappointed with the service.
