Worst delivery experience I have ever had. My order kept showing "Out for Delivery" every day, but it was never delivered. False delivery attempt updates were added without any call or contact from the delivery agent. Despite multiple complaints, no effective action was taken. Customers should not have to chase support repeatedly just to receive an order. Highly disappointed with the service.

horrific experience ordering from them. they didn't dispatch my order for 2-3 days and when my order finally reached my location,it was not delivered to me despite reaching my location. after 4 days when their delivery partner shadowfax finally came to my destination,he talked very rudely. finally cancelled my order with them and ordered using Amazon. Amazon delivered the product within 10 hours. I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THEIR APP.
