Worst shopping experience. I placed an order and immediately noticed my address was outdated. The app has no Cancel Order or Update Address option. I emailed support before the order shipped, but after hours they only said it was already shipped and couldn't help. Now I must wait for delivery to fail, return to origin, and then wait for my refund. This process is unacceptable. Add Cancel/Update Address and prioritize urgent support requests. I have used it for more than 2 yrs now plan to move.

Worst delivery experience I have ever had. My order kept showing "Out for Delivery" every day, but it was never delivered. False delivery attempt updates were added without any call or contact from the delivery agent. Despite multiple complaints, no effective action was taken. Customers should not have to chase support repeatedly just to receive an order. Highly disappointed with the service.

Absolutely pathetic customer service Absfrom Minimalist. Ordered a face wash, moisturizer and sunscreen worth ₹997 on 27th July. Today is 10th August — 14 days later, I have neither my products nor my money. I emailed twice and called twice. I was told the order would be returned and my refund would arrive within 2 days.
