honestly I am ordering minimalist product first time before ordering i reasearch on many platforms like chatgpt ,youtube , instagram everywhere i found that minimalist gives best results and some friends suggest me that it's value for money and you will surely get the better result . and i have seen that this brand is really guinune and they keep transparancy in the products as I see.

I have placed the order on 18 March, still 21 march there is no status updated on my order and when I click order ID and view order it's showing as no order found, Then how can I place the order with this brand and how can I track my order. purple app will deliver the orders within 24 hours

Their service is very bad, their customer support people are also very bad, they don't even pick up the calls, it is the worst service, they damage the order and don't even refund, they don't give any response neither on mail nor The service is the worst
