absolutely worst experience with this app. i placed an order of 1147rs and even after the delivery person called to my number for delivering the products, they didn't deliver and it's showing delivery failure in the app. when I tried calling the customer support number on their end, it never connects. on top of that, their customer support via text message is not available. what is this behaviour, minimalist? never buying from your app again. you don't value our money, time and patience.

honestly I am ordering minimalist product first time before ordering i reasearch on many platforms like chatgpt ,youtube , instagram everywhere i found that minimalist gives best results and some friends suggest me that it's value for money and you will surely get the better result . and i have seen that this brand is really guinune and they keep transparancy in the products as I see.

Good products but products have an expiry after opening and tha packaging has no seal on bottles which allows air circulation and most of the products i received were near the after opening expiry. So even if you pay the full amount you get expired products.
