The app has been great for the last 6 months. Today, it completely crashed and is only showing a blank white screen that says, "There is something wrong. Please contact support." I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and restarting my phone, but there's no change. The app is doing the same thing on my boyfriend's iPhone. My history and chart seem to be completely gone. Clicking the contact support button lets me start a chat with Ai, but the message doesn't go anywhere. Very frustrating.

There's an extensive amount of data you can view, collect, or output about your cycle, it's quite impressive. There's a few things that are not intuitive, like getting started on subscribed orders and viewing those orders from the app. HUGE downer was finding out you HAVE to have Internet just to view your daily results. Hauled all the stuff on internat'l travel w/o cellular or WiFi, and I couldn't even see my daily info. Very dumb. And the updated bright green color is gross... pale was better.

I hate this app. I like the device, the reason for it has been helping me so much. But the app is terrible! It never immediately syncs my test result. Every damn time, I have to do one of the 3-4 troubleshooting tips the app suggests. Every time! Sometimes, it won't sync until the next day when I go to try and sync a new test. It's been 8 hrs since I took my test today. I did all the troubleshooting tips, and it still won't sync, but if I try and insert the wand again, it says it has been used.
