We currently offer two courses:

MEDITATION

Meditation for Beginners is a course for those who have heard something about meditation but have never practiced it before. In addition, the course additionally offers self-guided practices that will help to cope with stress, anxiety, insomnia and fatigue. They are based on well-known relaxation methods that take into account the neurobiological and physiological characteristics of the human body. We will help you introduce meditation into your life, and you will be able to feel more conscious and happy.

The first three lessons are free.

BRIGHT MORNING

Do you all dream of doing morning exercises, but a little lazy? This is a comprehensive morning upgrade program for anyone who wakes up sluggish, overwhelmed or hates this time of day. A course of 10 lessons will teach you three blocks of habits: strengthening the body, spirit and mind - and will help you start the day with renewed vigor and in a good mood. Classes are interactive and based on engaging surveys. Also written with humor.

We will drink water, do morning exercises, take a shower (but unusual!), learn how to brush your teeth properly, and much more!

Almost all habits are accompanied by timers, which will help you calculate your morning to the minute and not be late. In the evening, the application will remind you of the time you need to set the alarm and evening rituals that improve the quality of sleep. After all, in order to wake up cheerful, you need to take care of your evening and sleep.
