Ratings and reviews

The app itself is useful and gorgeous. It lacks some info like ampere ratings, and I personally want to know how to install a two way switch. I dont even know a two way switch from a three way switch, but I know it is complicated. A switch is so simple. Electricity is not simple. Anyway, this app disapoints in its lack of textbook style knowlege. Two stars for you guys!

Pretty good for what it has. But it's missing a few things. Unless I couldn't find them, which is a problem in and of itself, I couldn't find anything on capacitors. No capacitance calculators or formulas. Sorry but when I am trying to figure out what size start up capacitor I need for a particular motor I can't use this app. I'm going to continue using the Mobile Electrician app which is far more in depth than this app.

It's hot everything you could ever need doidn ET work or Electrical Engineering. Back in my day, we had to use our noggins for everything, and sure, it keeps ya sharp, but think about how much time we're saving walking around with these super computers in our pockets every day. Takes seconds to look a formula I haven't thought about in a while and it's great for pulling spec sheets too very quickly.
