It is convenient to place orders, but it needs improvement. For instance, it should remember your location, you shouldn't have to enter the location every time you place an order. Also it should save your past orders. One time I ordered and the restaurant said they never got my order. If I inadvertently ordered from a different location, there was no way to check where I ordered from, so the restaurant got stuck with an order I had no way of picking up. Please fix these issues.

Why did you absolutely RUIN the app experience? this new app version is basically inoperable, does not save my login to keep access to my account, and won't even let me add points to my rewards??? It worked perfectly fine before, and now I can barely even load the app while in the restaurant to try to do anything

Can't check in for lunch. Showed up and was looking for something to scan but there really isn't any explanation on what it's looking for. The rest of the app is solid, albeit I wish half the links actually took you to a page in the app and not a web page. Fix these issues and I'll gladly raise star rating!
