Ratings and reviews

Used it 4 times now, for large EUR:USD transfers. Zero problems, everything worked easily. Most importantly, rate is consistently the best for this transfer (during the summer of 2023 when I checked frequently). Also, the apps request for a review said they wanted the review whether is was positive or negative, and that makes me trust them even more (and is why I bothered to write this review).

It has become my new main way of sending money abroad. With a standard 3 euro fee, beats all competition for sums greater than 700. Not only that, but when I came across an issue with the app, they developed a new version, that included the fix, within less than 24 hours, as communicated! This alone is outstanding customer service, which inspires trust. I would highly recommend!

Atlantic money seems to me to be the best value money exchange available. The app is very easy to use and I've always found the process of moving sterling to euros easy and reliable. I did find adding another recipient a bit challenging. I had to paste everything from the clipboard, as there was no keypad available. I expect that is a bug, but I managed in the end.
