This app has been an incredible yet simple way to approach mood and habit tracking. I was recommended to start using a habit tracker or mood tracker. I've become more mindful of my emotions hrough adopting this into my morning routine. There is so much feature richness for free. It is easy to use and beautiful, too. I recommend it to anyone wanting to make positive changes in their lives through small daily mindfulness.

I like how clean, intuitive, and straightforward the app is. I subbed. :-) Few suggestions and ideas that I think would make this app even better ー is if we are able to select in multiple things for the social section, 'cause realistically, multiple things can happen to a person in a day that we'd maybe also want to put in/document. And also possibly, a simple tracker for the things we select in the social section. It'd be helpful hand in hand with the mood tracker. Pls consider, and thank you!
