If there was an option for 0 stars. 1: Why do you need camera access for me to select the photos I want to be printed. It already has access to my photos. I've already selected the photos I wanted and uploaded them to mpix. Unnecessary and ridiculous. 2: After finally getting the photos selected to be printed, selecting sizes, quantities and so forth and adding them to the cart. The little shopping cart shows the quantity that I chose but they aren't there!!! Beyond frustrating!!

Not intuitive; uploading to the cart (!) takes far too long, auto-crop is pretty good but when it misses the mark, it *really* misses the mark. The most frustrating thing is that editing one photo (particularly the size) changes all other photos' details to match. I've wasted an extraordinary amount of time on this app.

I've never reviewed an app before, but this one is so frustrating to use. Navigation is difficult and counter-intuitive. Several pages within the app aren't formatted well, so text appears as a long and skinny column. If you mistakenly press the back button on your phone, you can lose edits or lose the place you navigated to. The menu is labyrinthine, and there is no easy way to get to the Search bar on most pages. No how-to videos for app, just the website. FAQ is threadbare. So disappointing.
