Fine example of how bad banks can be at providing good user experience. Also, doesn't let you sign in with a password manager, which only make customers more vulnerable. Update Nov. 2019: cannot open the app. It's asking for Verify App (something Google introduced like 6 years ago and it's not even called that anymore). My phone is fully up to date with all security patches as of today.

This app. was working good for me it stopped someone from committing fraud using my 💳 and buying online. But then it went from bad to real bad and frustrating😖 It stopped showing my deposits, wouldn't let accept deposit to my debit card, and wouldn't let me pay or buy anything anywhere nor online 😤 I had to remove my card from this app. so I could use it. I will look for an up date but if none I will be uninstaling it. I'm really disappointed because I liked this app. well it was working.

It does not allow to register as a new user. HSBC Mexico support does not know when it's going to be fixed. The application is not something supplementary. Without it you don't actually see transactions made by cards. If somebody clones your card you'll find it out too late.
