Njoi, listen, you should revisit your policy. How can you "forfeit" my money "after 90 days" that i top up and keep in my account? I don't know you have such unreasonable policy. And i saw other victims too after reading their review here. Why don't you pop up a message highlighting this 90day when i top up money? The Family Pack i subscribed was 120 days, my balance money will be used to purchase again after 120 days, but you have forfeited my money after 90 days, what kind of policy is this?

What is the use of having the credit reload function when there's 30days credit expiry? I'm unaware of credit expiry and the money just forfeited after 30days. There is also no message notifying customer that their credit balance is going to forfeit soon. The credit function just like another tactic to get money from the customers. It's useless to reload the Njoi credit.
