Poor navigational tools! I wanted to see my astro package details but not easy to navigate! You can Add on but cannot remove..cannot find anything I'm looking for. Useless! Not user friendly at all.

My number has changed, can't find how to change my number, customer service wasn't any help, perhaps time to change system provider.

I logged in ONLY with my email, never entered my phone number anywhere. Suddenly MY number became the new registered contact, even though the account belongs 100% to my dad, his Astro ID, his name, his IC. I just wanted to rent 1 movie, NOT take over his account. This app is broken, insecure, and changes things you never asked to change.
