I've been using HLB Connect for a while, and it's a convenient app for managing my banking needs. I like how easy it is to check balances, transfer money, pay bills, and manage my accounts anytime. The app has a simple interface and makes digital banking more convenient and accessible. Overall, HLB Connect is a reliable banking app for everyday financial transactions.

Everything is user friendly, and easy to navigate. The only problem I faced was, when my phone was broken, I reinstalled in my new phone, and I was asked to unistall first from the old phone or call customer service. Unlike other apps, they just ask for additional security measure to reinstall. So, that's the only hiccuped from this app.

to be very honest in a harsh way. the most irritating mental pressure service in the world. in one day 7 calls!!!! in a weeks 2 to 3 times calling non stop for one month pending payment.ppl do have problem.they will definitely pay. dealt with many banks before on house and personal loan and get settle it in peace. but this bank is horrible... I don't know what's the problem with this bank. won't recommend and won't apply.. this is first and last loan with this bank. period
