HLB Connect App is designed to make your day-to-day banking easy with its features that enable you to get more done without having to step foot in a bank’s branch or to call the Contact Center. The app offers language options (English, BM & Chinese) and Day/Night mode for your customisation.

Latest update suddenly not allowing to capture screenshot, prompting says "screenshots restricted for privacy and copyright". There's no problem to screenshot with other bank apps, so it's definitely this HLB app enabling some flags in the background. Also, please fix the hideous looking keyboard during login. Have to type in slowly and carefully because that abnormally vertically lengthy keyboard just make user keep pressing the wrong characters and made mistakes.

I'm pleased to use the banks online service it's very conveniently for me to make any transactions all over the world and can even pay all my bills and remittance too the only thing is that when we are used to it's app and once it's replaced to a new apps then we will have to learn again so better don't change it thanks

My biometric was enabled in app and then my fingerprint was removed and readded to my phone. Now I can launch hlb connect but when I try to make any operation that requires the biometric login, the app will crash and exit. Now I am stuck and cannot use the app. Tell me what can I do to fix this problem.
