HLB Connect App is designed to make your day-to-day banking easy with its features that enable you to get more done without having to step foot in a bank’s branch or to call the Contact Center. The app offers language options (English, BM & Chinese) and Day/Night mode for your customisation.

Really bad app. I change phone, register in new phone. It needs App Authorization, I did many times and wait, it show system error again and again. Really frustrated. I want to handle the loan account but cannot log in totally. Next time, i won't consider HongLeong Bank Finance.

Lately the app is very poor. Fail transaction, going offline when want to transfer and often slow/freeze interface. Hope u guys sort this out ASAP. Kinda annoying 🙄

After the latest update on 1/8/23, the apps appear double (2 HLB icon) in my phone. Always crash when doing transaction. Tried to uninstall and reinstall, still appear 2 icon in my phone. Afraid scammers now days can easily copy the apps. Need assistance asap.
