Since switching to the new MyUbat app, I am unable to login using my correct password. Tried asking for pin number to be sent to email address to reset password but never receive. Tried seeking assistance via 'Meja Bantuan' but received no response. I have also tried to uninstall and reinstall but to no avail. I don't know how to continue with my medication supply! It's most frustrating. I gave a rating of 1 earlier. Received notification to update the app again to version 2.0.5. and it works!

The new interface is better but since the update I cannot use multiple accounts per device. Whenever I add an account the other one would get logged out so I cannot switch to the other one which is super inconvenient as I supervise both of my parents' appointments. Please fix this asap

After updating the app from version 2.0.3 to 2.0.4, the app failed disastrously to work. Language can't be changed to English. Even when user login in BM page, the app failed to response. Uninstall the app and reinstalling make no difference and app still failed to work. After my review, the app fixed the bug and update the version to 2.0.5 the same day. Fast response, thumbs up. This new version works fine. My next medical supply due in 2 months time. Hope it is proven and works fine
