The app keeps logging me out. I can't log in through email. Whenever I tried to log in using my email, it went to new account registration despite using the email for years now. I had to use log in through my phone number. Please remove the email login option since it's can't be used. MAYA the chatbot is useless, I can't even type in the chat when the preselected options doesn't even cover my issues. Do I need to email support contact? What's the point of MAYA?

This app is concentrated more on showing adds than provide services. Flashy new UI, but lost previously linked accounts. Need to add them again. Basically start over again like first time install. Even after that, all my accounts shown as unpaid even I already paid and the payment record is in the transaction history. I am not impressed, to say the least.

I never encountered such an app that is so user unfriendly. After the update, I have re-entered my profile. After a long day's work, I found no internet at home. I want to send a ticket, but I have to go through so many steps; moreover, the steps, and some of the required information cannot be filled in. Unifi just want to tell me, they are not welcome ticket.
