If you hired contractor for this disgusting app, you should terminate the contract, if its your staff, fired him/her. The app keep updating the unnecessary thing, between 1 version to another, changing log update not syncs with updated version. The app keep sign out my account as well, such a difficult and annoyed to sign in again. In fact, by the time i write this rate, i still can't sign in to my account. Please make a drastically changes and improve.

Keep asking to download the new apps, after installing the account could not link to the apps. Now I'm not able to use the apps due to this reason, the weird thing is the web can login without issue but not for apps. So, why do we need the new apps?

Greetings. Try to register your profile ID first in the MyUnifi app. Make sure your profile ID matches the Account Holder’s ID so that the account can be linked automatically. Pretty useless app for troubleshooting. network issue & try to troubleshoot (easyfix) and it keeps 'redirect' to the correct page without loading it. then I try to check area outage by keying the residence phone number to locate it. it doesn't show any result & kept giving me no response. the chatbot 'maya' doesn't allow u to troubleshoot but just give u options to buy stuff. I pay tmnet to get an internet connection. if I can't get good support from this app, there's not much use isn't it?
