Similar to other reviews, Unifi bill payment is completely unavailable in this app, don't bother to install. This is despite receiving Unifi SMS advising to pay bill through Unifi UniVerse app. Asks to make a new account through email for some reason, but once made an account it's not linked to anything. All info fields completely empty. Navigation is frustrating, just switching to a different app (email) resets the Login menu. Making it impossible to login through email OTP on the same phone.

Always have to update đ reply- improved only at app?..not improving coverage and service? because unifi customer service poor a.f..lembab, and just let u know,last may I'm using unifi roaming pass (which the most expensive among all others telco) ,its was nightmare.. bought pass for 7 day, only 1 day can be used..and still be charge for 3 day even though that 2 day recorded as 39.4mb and 27mb..not even using it..unifi sucks!

unifi = scammers. get plan with xtra free sim for few month. i dint even want the sim.they said no choice, cant choose no. Cancel it months ago when they said i could cancel the sim plan. guess what, they are still billing me for it. Went to their stores many times to get it cancelled.. replies as always, wait for calls.. no calls ever received & months later from 1st complain, still getting extra billed for something i dint even want in the 1st place.
