Its the worst amongst telco apps and certainly the most frustrating. Every time I want to use it to make payments its either the accounts that were listed got lost and we had to key it in again to add or redirected to another site. There's no negative stars otherwise I would have given a minus 5 star rating. And stop the BS about it being a problem of the users. The replies to most of the comments seems to blame the users rather than own up and accepting the inefficiency of the app designers.

Unifi, with all due respect, what is your problem? It's not enough that your line suddenly has a disruption without any notification or any email/text, but I can't even open your app. I can open my other internet app just fine, but yours is stuck in that white 'unifi' page. I don't want you to respond with "oh, please contact us", I want action. Because how do you expect people to check their account if they can't even open their app?

So far the line is ok, just some basement area no line. The new 1000GB should not split 4G/5G, not everywhere have 5G, some place and indoor are still weak. The app should able to save credit card info, so easier for reload later. Best if plan can auto renew by credit card will be better.
