Suspicious activity running at the background. when I open the apps and did nothing in the apps, the apps copied my clipboard informationa and alerted by my phone. This is scary and fortunately there aren't any sensitive information in my clipboard. imagine if you used to copy and paste password from the password vault, unifi apps can access your copied password.

always got problem during monthly payment, this useless apps disappeared after i just approve payment in banks apps and i cant even complete the payment process. so need to do it again n again till done. very useless. better find other way to make payment instead of this useless apps. the developer did not do anything, updates for the apps.

Switched from Maxis to Unifi and it is quite surprising that Unifi apps is so difficult to use. Always problematic when doing payment. And the chatbot essentially not capable of doing anything other than annoying the user.
