I ha been using it since 2018, and each time I update it's getting worse... now even when my phone can support 5G, the sim can't be use. lost connection and data whenever i use 5G. the problem becomes more and more worse. fix it before bringing up new updates. it doesn't matter if you give a lot of free gifts if you didn't fix these simple problems. before, you give us unli data and hotspot with 100 fup. also free data for 1 day. and now you throw them away and reduce it to 60 fup, 5g hotspot...

Hi. Have you changed your old SIM card to a new (5G) SIM card after the 5G network is launched (end of 2022)? You can check your network using the EasyFix tool (https://easyfix.unifi.com.my/ and log a trouble ticket if the issue persists. Why is the Silly Update restricting the use of the App. Despite me uninstalling and reinstalling the App and rebooting my mobile. The update refused access. Can your I.T team buck up and sort out this problem. It's extremely annoying. My payment cannot be done because of this. As a consumer I do not need unnecessary inconvenience.

i keep having this pop-up asking to update the app to the new version, while i already have the updated version. when i open the playstore, it's already up-to-date. will update this review untill the issue is resolved. i want to manage my account. please respond asap (update) the issue have been resolve. thank you for the quick response.
