About this app

READ FIRST: If you're looking for a tap-to-splash app, this is not the right app! Erratic Drummer is an automatic drum pattern generator for progressive musicians. You can customize how drum patterns are generated and played back based on tempo, length, pattern density, as well as modifying presence of different drum instruments in the pattern.

Either plug your guitar in, lock on a drum line and start jamming, or put your headphones on and let the flow of diverse drum lines give you creative ideas!

If you find a bug, or have comments about the app, let me know via shaahin@gmail.com!

I love this app, but please make Midi export a thing, I would pay for it! And I think that others would to!

i love this, perfect to jam along with, 1000x more interesting than a boring static drum computer ... i've been looking for a VSTi that does exactly this ... please make a VSTi as well! Only minus point: the "Repeat" slider starts at 1, not at 0, which means that each phrase is always repeated once. Why? Please, please, do us a favor and let it start at zero repeats so that the drummer plays something new every time. Having each phrase repeated once (or more) every time is boring quickly. The charme of this app is the randomness. Give randomness a chance!

Refreshingly acoustic-sounding samples and an uncluttered UI make this jamming app a great tool for inspiring creativity or just kicking back. In terms of improvement, I would love a Record option for transferring a .wav to multitrack apps, and a way to adjust the level of velocity humanization. Thanks and good work!
