I have never had an issue with this app since it's lauch I received an email to upgrade the app. I proceeded to do so, but it wouldn't recognise my password or MYER one number. Tried 3 times at intermittent times throughout the day I gave up in the end after trying again thing today with no outcome. OR is this a scam 🤔

This app is not user-friendly, nightmare! I have to sign in each time I use the app. Each time I sign in, it doesnt remember the password so I have to change it again. Once, you get in, the app remembers my profile details but cant view the items I ordered or link intonin-store shopping. Will someone from Myers please try using other apps, see the huge difference and improve this app??

Canmot get in touch the website is bad even the phone numbers are not updated. I purchased a perfume worth 230$ and it never got updayed on my account went into the store no one was able to help all they said was go on the website or call not happy at all.
