About this app

Write with code complete and libraries, compile, upload Arduino or ESP8266/ESP32 (including ESP32S2, ESP32S3, ESP32C3, ESP32C6) sketches over USB or WiFi and monitor your board right from your Android device with ArduinoDroid and built-in AI assistant. No internet connection, no cloud service account is required.

Note:
SDKs are downloaded from Google Play when board is chosen. Once downloaded it does not require internet connection anymore.

The app thinks my Arduino Micro needs to have the reset button pushed but none exists on mine because it's one of those badusb type boards. The code I put would have worked but the app failed to upload to the device properly even after selecting it in the board type settings. It did pickup that the board was there and communicatible via my USB dongle. Edit: could be a user error but like I said I do believe I selected everything properly. App almost works.

Hi, Woodman. Uploading Micro is challenging on Android as it has to be reset and appears as a new USB device and Android requires user to grant access permission twice in fact. We've tested with genuine Micro boards, make sure it's compatible.

No option to copy error. Diagnostic/ Output dashboard too small, no option to expand also when you open up their keyboard the error disappears. Overall not so friendly UI

* Improved: uploading to ESP32 (all flavours) and ESP8266 (added bootloader confirmations, hash control, lowered baud rate for more reliable uploading)
* Improved: uploading to Arduino Leonardo and ESP32S2 (no hardware "reset" button required anymore).
