Let's start talking with eachother to get a solution. I think they killed the app intentionally this is leading to waste of your moneyno longer let's you log in or create account so you can't set up the diffuser at all. If you can't set it up then it's a giant paperweight with zero purpose. So I called the customer service phone number listed on the app here and got a guy saying he doesn't work with gamescent anymore and he gave me an email to reach him for further help and it was a bogus email.

The black bar is also appearing for me when I try to sign in or access any account, I've been contacting support constantly for over a month now and all I get back is an email saying my message hasn't gone through and to please try again, it says everywhere the servers are perfectly fine and everything is working normally, Please fix the in-app sign in process it is and has been broken!!!

Won't let me in my account, keep getting blank black box at the bottom of screen. unable to use movie box. 🫤 who & how can I talk with someone to fix this issue???? App was working fine when I first got it.
