App has numerous bugs. Currently can't submit the "nearest base". It's just unselectable

When I go to submit, I keep getting a Failed Submission Exception: FormatException: Unexpected end of input (at character 1) ^

Simple and effective tool to report safety issues direct to the MAJCOM. More efficient and effective than other methods that rely on word of mouth or paper. Not to be used in exclusion of using Sqdn FSO, but a way to enhance reporting.
