Recipes for each days meals would really be wonderfully helpful. How much of each food would be helpful like dinner meatballs. Are we talking beef or turkey meatballs. How many meatballs can we have per serving/meal. The app is nice. I like the option to change a meal if I don't like what's on the menu....I cant eat fish cuz of allergic to fish. I can change the meal. I will keep the app and use it

Hi Pat, the meatballs can be beef or turkey (whichever you like best). The servings can be chosen by you as long as it is reasonable (the most important thing is that it is a low carbohydrate diet). Soon we will launch a new keto application that will have all the recipes. Please, can you improve your rating? It helps us a lot to improve the apps

Recipes and quantities would be helpful. Some things I've never heard of and I've no idea how much of each is okay. It's important not to over or under eat and to get the balance of macros correct, especially in this type of diet

It fantastic, the best diet I have ever come across, it's well explained and no need to worry about it, all you have to do is follow their menu and instructions, and you'll lose weight in no time.
