it is good to use. it's a quick and easily efficient app to use at home if u want the convenience of completing your in-service classes instead of going to a classroom. I've been using it for some time now, and I have no complaints so far. 👍

Only because I could not give it zero. This app constantly freezes and you have to exit and wait hours and hours for it to reset itself. It took me 12 hours to complete 7.5 hours of training. First thing support asks is it frozen? This Makes Windows ME look awesome.

Extremely slow & the training videos are constantly freezing. It won't let me watch the next video instead it replays the video I just watched multiple times. It's dishonest because it says how long each video is, but they're longer than what it says.
