"AndBible: Bible Study" is a powerful, yet easy to use, offline Bible study application for Android. The app does not aim to be simply a Bible reader, but focuses on being an advanced tool to do in-depth personal Bible study.

This application is developed by Bible readers, for Bible readers. It aims at helping you make your Bible study convenient, deep, and fun. The best part about this non-profit community project is that it is open-source, completely free, and contains no advertisements.

Many popular Bible versions are available including KJV, NASB, NET, and others. Popular commentaries like Matthew Henry and John Gill are also available.

I have used this app for many years. It's a great Bible app with many translations and other material. It does appear that they broke a very important item in their last update. when I would click on a strongs number to find the many, I would then click find all occurrences. When it would display the results, the word I was searching was always highlighted bold so you could see how it was translated in different verses. NOW no words are highlighted bold. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Not only does your Bible open as fast as you do your paper copy, but it has the classic options of split screen, search, etc. The off-line speech using TTS engine is also very useful and profitable! Easy to use and works well even on older phones. =] It would be nice to have the option to have the full book name in the table of contents in addition to the abbreviated It would be nice to be able to arrange the book order horizontally rather than vertically, or maybe even custom arrangement.

No adds, no pestering emails. Really like this app. They have added features. The shear number of translations, commentaries and dictionaries makes is a must. I see NASB has been added. Rotherham is an excellent translation. It is here. It is open source. Not everything is intuitive. It takes getting used to. They have put a tremendous amount of work into this app. Thank you!!!
