Ratings and reviews

The biggest issue I have with this app/company is that they lock your money for a whopping 5 to 7 days even if the transaction had cleared the originating bank. It's like they are using the money to make money before it's given back for withdrawal! I do not recommend doing ANY ACH deposited to them at all EVER!

When I can log in, the app is great. However, right now I am locked out. It is asking me for my password, which I am able to provide. Then it asks me for my 2FA code, which I am also able to provide. I leave the app to go get the 2FA code, which when I do, it demands my password again. Very frustrating and unusable.

Update 2024: withdrawal fees are ridiculously high! You take 15 matic to withdraw? Lol This was my go to crypto ramp for years. But it is, due to insane and senseless security measures such as: force use app for withdrawals which causes additional problems, + 2FA + almost too difficult captcha all forced to use. not convenient to use anymore.
