Many bugs. App won't even open maybe a quarter of the time, with no explanation of what's wrong. For years now it takes extra steps to open the app and find the clé digital to validate the purchase. The Bourse section is very hard to navigate, and became even less convenient when they switched it to another app. It's wild because this bank costs 10euros a month just to have basic services while other online banks are free.

Rubbish - Repeated problems on and off over the years with digital key when making on-line purchases. Incredibly frustrating when traveling for work and on a timeline for products to be delivered. Using Google pixel phone running latest software and version of the app. Digital key is sent to phone. Double tap to open and instead of verifying a purchase, it diverts to opening the app...... Rubbish! Perhaps add in the app an OBVIOUS option to verify key? If an option is already there, I've never found it as my understanding of the french language is limited. It's typically good enough to navigate web sites and apps, but not this one!

Hello Tim Jacobsohn, There is indeed an issue regarding the digital key's notification. Our technical team is currently working on it. Meanwhile, you can still confirm an online payment with your digital key : go to the "Voir mon profil", section, then "Clé Digitale" and "Opérations en attente". Sorry for any inconvenience. The digital key has not worked since app was installed 5 years ago. The workaround: manually opening the app and approving the 'operation en attente' doesn't work. One must pray for the option to confirm via SMS. Furthermore, the application is not capable of notifying customer of each purchase in real time. All of my other bank applications from other banks do this. It allows the client to confirm that no one else has access to the account.

Bonjour, Nous vous invitons à demander la désactivation de la Clé Digitale auprès de votre conseiller. Après désinstallation et réinstallation de l'application, nous vous remercions de bien vouloir vous connecter de nouveau. Le menu Clé Digitale sera alors visible depuis l'onglet Mon Profil > Clé Digitale pour le réactiver, L'équipe BNP Paribas
