Rubbish - Repeated problems on and off over the years with digital key when making on-line purchases. Incredibly frustrating when traveling for work and on a timeline for products to be delivered. Using Google pixel phone running latest software and version of the app. Digital key is sent to phone. Double tap to open and instead of verifying a purchase, it diverts to opening the app...... Rubbish! Perhaps add in the app an OBVIOUS option to verify key? If an option is already there, I've never found it as my understanding of the french language is limited. It's typically good enough to navigate web sites and apps, but not this one!

Hello Tim Jacobsohn, There is indeed an issue regarding the digital key's notification. Our technical team is currently working on it. Meanwhile, you can still confirm an online payment with your digital key : go to the "Voir mon profil", section, then "Clé Digitale" and "Opérations en attente". Sorry for any inconvenience. The fact you can't properly use a business and personal account on the same device is infuriating. There really should be 2 apps by 2022, or one that is properly integrated. The app itself isn't too bad if just used for one or the other, and for making transfers, though like the website it never seems quite intuitive enough. Maybe this update will improve it, but compared with other providers (neo & high street banks) it's a bit clunky but perfectly useable nonetheless (hence we still use it!)

Glitchy, transfers sometimes do not work, it is taking me a 6 months to reemit the card (I am not done yet), customer service is not good, international support is not good (almost noone speaks English), when the session expires you need to kick app from the processes, expences are updated on the 3rd day approx but people are nice though. It does not help productivity.
