About this app

The Bookicorn Manager is the app for studios and instructors who manage their classes with Bookicorn. Everything you do on your computer, you can do on the go: create appointments, check participants in, book clients, and check your earnings.

At a Glance
The homepage shows you the next appointment, current occupancy, and what's scheduled for today.

Appointments and Participants
The calendar displays all classes with occupancy. For each appointment, you can see who has booked, who has checked in, and who is on the waiting list. Moving up the list, canceling, and rescheduling are all done with a single tap.

Check-In On-Site
When someone calls or shows up at the counter, you can book them in within seconds. Confirmation is sent automatically.

Clients
Each client has their own page: balances, bookings, invoices, and notes.

Booking Page
Your clients book through your own booking page. Seven templates, custom colors and fonts, as a standalone website or embedded within your existing one.

Payments
Card payments, PayPal, cash, and account balances. All transactions in one place, including payouts.

For instructors: Instructors can view their own classes, check in participants, and keep track of their earnings. The studio determines what information they can see.

The Bookicorn customer app, which allows your clients to book classes and manage their balances, is coming soon.
