The app doesn't work. You're supposed to use it to send documents but it says "connection error" when I try to log in. It worked as intended for the first few weeks but in the last 4 days it hasn't worked. I called them yesterday and was told the app was working fine. I have a galaxy s21 ultra phone so I wouldn't think it was an issue on my end. Now I can't send the company the info they need to fix my accounts which is stressing me out. Ugh!! Can anyone from the company help me?

It has been too difficult to download the app on my devices. The customer service does not know why this is happening. They have left the dilemma up to me to figure it out. One customer service told me to delete the app and install the app again, because they had updated the app. When I tried to reinstall the app, there is no way the app would reinstall. There has to be a reason for the app not reinstalling onto my devices. Maybe i should not have uninstall the app like the customer service rep. said. She made a mistake in telling me to do so. There is a big problem in getting the app back onto my devices.

Annoying! When taking a picture of mail the app keeps twitching and you can't take a picture.
