About this app

CROZ Hub is the internal app for CROZ employees. It puts the internal tools you use every
day in one place, so you stop opening five of them to get through a morning.

A CROZ account is required. Sign in with your company single sign-on and Hub keeps you
signed in.

YOUR DAY
Home opens on today: the hours you have logged, how many meeting rooms are free right now,
who is away, and what the canteen is serving. It also shows what is waiting on you, like a
merge request to review or an open poll.

COMPANY NEWS
Announcements, celebrations, and CROZ 59, the weekly newsletter you can read in 59 seconds.
A notification arrives when something needs your attention.

YOUR TOOLS
Rate today's lunch. Book a meeting room. Log your hours. Look up a colleague's skills and
CV. Ask CROZ's own AI assistant. Open the garage door. Start a chat. One sign-in covers all
of them.

YOUR COLLEAGUES
Search the company directory by name, team, or office. See who is in, who is away, and
whose birthday or work anniversary is today.

CHALLENGES AND AWARDS
Team challenges, personal goals, awards you earn as you go, and a daily guess-who game.

EVERY CROZ OFFICE
Hub follows you between offices. Visiting another location switches your canteen, rooms,
and local content for that day. Available in English, Croatian, and German.

PRIVACY
Hub shows internal CROZ information to signed-in employees only. Your location is compared
with office coordinates on your device and is never sent anywhere. Step counts are read
only if you join a step challenge. Settings control what colleagues can see about you.

What’s new

- Richer profiles: call a colleague's VPN number, see their room, who they report to and who reports to them, and their office dog.
- People search finds names without diacritics, nicknames, and "godišnji" finds who is on leave today.
- Alerts now appear in News among the stories, even after you close them on Home.
- Team.Chat links open the Rocket.Chat app when it is installed.
- Pick your launcher icon from the CROZ press kit's shapes and colours.
