From september my card stopped working. I contacted the support. They answered me that they are having problems with old cards and i need to issue a new card. I tried to transfer my money from the old card to the main account and use it for issuing a new card. But my money was lost. It is kept on hold for 5 days. It went out from my card and never delivered to my main account. The support team does not explain it. This service can be a scam.

I sent 25$. After, i pressed on button "issue card", it says -in process and. That's all. Nothing. Support 5 days ago said me "wait, our developers work". As i understand, they gather the money and say that to everyone. Scheme is "we work, you need to wait a little bit". I cannot withdrow the money. I cannot use them. Money on my account and these "sob" send me letters like "why you don't use your money". So, it is legal scheme of scam. All screens on my phone. I spent time, energy, money...
