Horrible! Cust svc unreachable. Put $10 on my account & when I tried to use it was told it was locked & to contact cust svc. Every time I attempt to, it takes me to a form to fill out that requires you to attach a screenshot of the error message. Problem is, every time I attach my jpeg screenshot, it tells me it's an unsupported format. Then proceeds to list JPEG 1st in the list of accepted formats! Guess I'm just screwed out of $10! And their response to my review doesn't even apply to my issue

Authentication request has just arrived 4 days after I tried to make a purchase. Can't see how this app would cope when the digital euro becomes a reality.

Don't use this app. don't download it by following that 5 euro cashback when you make a purchase of 5 euro or above on the google play store. It's fake, they are not willing to pay. and on top of it worst customer service. stay away and save your money. Rather use other apps which give cashback at every purchase even a small amount.
