Don't use this app. don't download it by following that 5 euro cashback when you make a purchase of 5 euro or above on the google play store. It's fake, they are not willing to pay. and on top of it worst customer service. stay away and save your money. Rather use other apps which give cashback at every purchase even a small amount.

I Installed the app and signed up a couple of days ago. Today I got a welcome email; the only problem was that it's written in German and I don't speak German. If that's my first interaction with these folks I'm not letting them anywhere near my $$$.

Since 2019, I have been using the app sporadically. I bought a PIN in the store and topped up my account because I wanted to transfer money, but for some strange reason they blocked my account and the virtual card I was using. I wrote to the help desk and sent the necessary documents to unblock the account, but in the help center department only an automatic robot named Lara works. No one helped me unblock my account. I even called you, but the woman I spoke to doesn't know where she works.
