Horrible! Cust svc unreachable. Put $10 on my account & when I tried to use it was told it was locked & to contact cust svc. Every time I attempt to, it takes me to a form to fill out that requires you to attach a screenshot of the error message. Problem is, every time I attach my jpeg screenshot, it tells me it's an unsupported format. Then proceeds to list JPEG 1st in the list of accepted formats! Guess I'm just screwed out of $10! And their response to my review doesn't even apply to my issue

Absolute scam. I've been a user for a while as it's convenient to buy paysafe cards for videogames, lately they had a promotion for their paysafe wallet and new wallet users would get 10€ in their wallet, I created a wallet and when I tried receiving the 10€ their chat bot said I was ineligible, so I asked to speak to a human, after explaining to them my problem they said they escalated my issue and that I should wait for an answer, a month later no follow-ups no nothing. Do not use!!!

I was billed 30$ and no playsafe card. I messaged support they replied fairly quickly asking for proof of payment. I provided them proof of payment now they want an order number. lol i cant login either boom every error message ettcetra. dont waste your time!🙄
