Cannot use this as it keeps telling me to turn off battery optimisation. I have done this, multiple times, checked every app in my phone to make sure I don't have the battery saver ones as per instructions in the app. The app has permission to run as it needs to but the message is still on my profile. Tried to contact you through your page and there was nothing on the contact support page. I've spent over an hour trying to fix this but am going with another app.

This app is not doing anything at all. I put two phone in different location, create a group to be able to see if I can get it tracked. I am lost maybe there's something I need to do that is not on this app to track the other phone. I have even paid for their subscription. No where to do tracking o. If I'm missing something, please let me know. This is frustrating. You can not send feedback, your message can only be sent to your contacts. This is terrible.

I personally have had more than one issue it led me to apps to include that I didn't understand. Plus I wasn't aware until after I gave all my profile that I had to include all my contacts which are mostly professional people and hardly any body I know personally. Full of surprises that I didn't expect. Now I want to see how difficult it is to receive my membership premium back.
