Ratings and reviews

Difficult to work with. Driver gets bombarded with strange links via texts, and is repeatedly asked to download the app even after they already have. It needs to explain the steps better and eliminate duplication. I hope I don't have to use this app again anytime soon. The app keeps rejecting my lumper payment, so I have to call in.

At safeway in denver colorado. I rated 1 star because there is not a zero rating. Been sitting in door for almost 2 hours unloaded and haven't gotten my release call or text! RIDICULOUS

Quick & professional. Parking is tight, but they got the unloading done fast.
