Updating my 1-star to 3. After waiting an uncomfortable amount of time to retrieve my XRP due to it being locked up on their old platform, I was falling under the impression they stole my money. This was directly due to their lack of response or bizarre follow-up mannerisms. They aren't perfect, but the new platform is convenient. Be careful and check your account monthly for system changes. They'll get to your issue - eventually...

Hello, I am having trouble to use "send payment" feature. It shows me that "Unfortunately, we couldn't verify you." Can you allow me to do self-identify? Thank you. (03.29.25 update) the dev never fix or allow me access "send payment" feature. They keep saying to click update button but this button does not exists. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK

Very poor. You can't get verified if you was born in the UK. It does matter if you live in another country all your life and pay taxes etc. Once you say you was born within the UK they will not verify you. Even if all your ID belongs to the other country.
