Ratings and reviews

You can subscribe easily, but you have to dig deep into the options to find out how you can end your subscription. It plays a 3 minute ad before you start watching something, and we're talking about a 3 minute ad to a supposedly "premium" service. I mean people don't get excited to watch more of your stupid stuff when you forcibly add an ad to the beginning of videos, they get annoyed. TV shows and movies are heavily censored! You should stay away unless you're interested in their exclusives.

I was prompted for a '3 months for 1 month' offer, went through the flow and subscribed. On my second month, I found it charging me normally as if the promotion was not applied. I contacted customer service and they told me they can't help, and that I somehow made a mistake and subscribed to the regular monthly plan instead of offer!! I subscribed through the offer page!! Lesson learned, the customer service is a waste of time, and will never trust this service again.

I really like shahid but maybe let us screen mirror next time cause sometimes I want to watch something but I can't because I don't bring my tv with me duh so I screen mirror and it does work and maybe for the brand new episodes just don't make us wait to whole days just for one episode an maybe let us watch for multiple devices without ultimate thats scramming
