MTM is excited to make it easier for health plan eligible members to manage their non-emergency transportation needs on their schedule. The app provides a convenient and easy to use alternative to calling MTM directly to get the information they need. Upon successfully signing up with the necessary health plan information, users will be able to take advantage of a number of features, including:

i. Ability to manage their contact information
ii. View details about upcoming rides scheduled with MTM
iii. Cancel rides no longer needed
iv. Request New Rides

Horrible The app is terrible. The times are all wrong. The numbers they give to contact don't work. What the hell is 11111111. They used to text the client what car and who was picking you up. Now u need the app and it doesn't give you any info. Also, there are times you don't get any calls or text and the driver just puts it in as a client no-show. Sh I t better get fixed soon. It's just irresponsible and stupid.

Suddenly entirely unable to login at all. Biometrics never pops up, clicking login with username and password opens up the browser, I login, and then I'm sent back to the app that's not signed in and is in the same exact state as it was before being redirected to the browser.. It's entirely unusable. Ah, my mistake. It only takes 30+ tries over multiple days to actually finally login to allow me to actually use it.

Glitchy app. Sometimes it shows the pick up times way off, like a 5 pm pick up for a 1 pm appointment - but when I called the driver was actually on the appropriate schedule. Today I can't enter information to schedule a ride - like reason for visit and location. I also don't get any actual app audio notifications even though I have it set to do so. I just have to keep checking for messages. Fortunately the drivers text and call to verify info in advance.
