MTM is excited to make it easier for health plan eligible members to manage their non-emergency transportation needs on their schedule. The app provides a convenient and easy to use alternative to calling MTM directly to get the information they need. Upon successfully signing up with the necessary health plan information, users will be able to take advantage of a number of features, including:

i. Ability to manage their contact information
ii. View details about upcoming rides scheduled with MTM
iii. Cancel rides no longer needed
iv. Request New Rides

this app has a lot of problems. I sometimes have 3 appointments in one day and it will only allow you to arrive at 3 but not count the mileage home. Some locations wont allow you to arrive without a specific name at the facility that has to be searched for. It will not let you schedule anything if its too far from your home address. Otherwise, when it works, it works well. Please change the programing on the app to make it more user friendly.

Constantly having to update password or it will lick you out then you have to call to reset. Not sure how accurate the GPS is on it. Its a good start to the app but needs work which this isnt a very big company an the app is only a convenience for customers so not sure if t will get upgrades. It should though because the more info we have at our fingers and ability to set appointments then the less staff you need at the call center. Speaking of which 70% of the call center staff are great

Even though they updated it you still can't see driver and car details so there's no way of knowing what car is picking you up. I've gone up to the wrong veyo becase of this. Doesn't even send me notifications until 5 hours after my ride , sometimes not until 12 am , Not helpful at all in any way, I can't even schedule trips. I've uninstalled and reinstalled no change. original -. It doesn't show driver details since update , also doesn't let me rate the ride, I press submit and nothing happens.
