MTM is excited to make it easier for health plan eligible members to manage their non-emergency transportation needs on their schedule. The app provides a convenient and easy to use alternative to calling MTM directly to get the information they need. Upon successfully signing up with the necessary health plan information, users will be able to take advantage of a number of features, including:

i. Ability to manage their contact information
ii. View details about upcoming rides scheduled with MTM
iii. Cancel rides no longer needed
iv. Request New Rides

This isn't even a native app. Or at least it jumps back and forth so much from a special version of their website that it freezes all the time. There's too many glitches with the map service for the rides. It even asks me to log into another service all the time when I open the map. Overall I do not understand how it could have a 4.4 rating at the time of writing this.

The app does not always connect to the mainframe OS (operating system) for MTM and often I have to make a call after requesting a will call. Also, the phone number associated with the MTM service sends you to a dead end that tells you to contact your insurance company that does not have direct access to the MTM service OS. However, they did just update the app so hopefully it will communicate with the MTM system.

----update September 14,2024--- App has been literal garbage since I last reviewed. Never get the payment even if the confirmed trip was done by calling and getting a trip number. Still not paid when the doctor signs and faxes the trip log. This app as well as the system they use when you call in because the app still makes you even when the claim is for Mileage Reimbursement under a certain distance. This is terrible. FIX THE APP! Sensitive information shared and the result is not what's right.
