MTM is excited to make it easier for health plan eligible members to manage their non-emergency transportation needs on their schedule. The app provides a convenient and easy to use alternative to calling MTM directly to get the information they need. Upon successfully signing up with the necessary health plan information, users will be able to take advantage of a number of features, including:

i. Ability to manage their contact information
ii. View details about upcoming rides scheduled with MTM
iii. Cancel rides no longer needed
iv. Request New Rides

Ratings and reviews

Buggy. Fails to register a new user. Fails to find my "profile". Chat bot agent Fails to recognize or accept most input on multiple entry attempts. Most input gets NO response whatsoever. When it does eventually fail through to connect to a live chat agent, the session crashes in the middle of typing reply to agent. Then it's back to the startup page. I am immediately uninstalling. FIX THIS DISASTER APP.

None of the features that are advertised that you are supposed to be able to access, function. For example, you are supposed to be able to set up all rides, and manage mileage reimbursement from the app, however, the only thing I have been able to do is cancel rides. No other features work. Please fix and it would be an amazing app.

If, while creating a trip via the app, you get a message saying to call them, and your new trip does not show up in the app, just try to create it again and go slower. I often have to submit the same trip two or three times to get it to show up, each time getting a message saying I have to call them. I think it processes your trip request in pieces, and if you submit the last piece before it finishes processing the first, you get the message.
