why it doesn't log in without any data plan? It worked fine some days ago. I could log in and use the app normally but now the feature is removed 😞. I can't even see my offers and balance. please bring back the feature of logging in without data. (16 Feb 2026) You got to be kidding me, there is no offer in 'my offer' section the only offer it shows is '17 tk unlimited data for 1 hour '. It's been stuck like this almost 3 weeks. Maybe I should uninstall the app and disable the sim PERMANENTLY.

Dear MD. Atik Hossain, sorry. If logged into the My Robi App, you can use it on the Robi network even without an active data pack. Please share your feedback via the "Customer Service" option "Feedback & Suggestions" on my Robi App. Special offers depend on usage. Check ‘My Offer’ or ‘Special Offer’ in the my Robi app if eligible.

I am a customer from Bangladesh. Robi’s network service is extremely poor and frustrating. The internet connection is very unstable, slow, and unreliable. I constantly face network issues, which makes it very difficult to use mobile data properly. This level of service is unacceptable from a major telecom company. I strongly request Robi to improve their network quality and provide better service to customers.

Dear Md Ahmed, sorry. To let us know the full details of your network-related problem, select the "Customer Service" option from the "Search" of My Robi App and use the "Your Complaints" option. We will work on the issue as soon as we get the details of your problem. The problem will be quickly solved. Stay with Robi.

The app is useful, but there is a clear bug when the app language is set to Bangla. OTP is entered in Bangla digits, which the backend does not accept, resulting in a “Bad Request” error. Changing the app language to English fixes the issue immediately. This is a localization/input handling bug, not a SIM or account issue. Please fix this for Bangla language users.
