One of the worst payments UI, the worst of the offers you can get, and are very deceiving types, just tried the ₹1 offer scheme, a very failed take on what amazon shopping app is doing. Product price is ₹1 and delivery charges are ₹199. To my openion CRED is one of the best apps these days both in terms of offers and usability and every single app these days have your credit info. Which I believe is a violation of my privacy and the bad UI makes it even more difficult to find the right option.

To the geniuses maintaining this app. I do not understand why you guys make simple things a lot more complicated. Electricity meter topups were simple and straight forward earlier. Even the available balance used to be displayed. Now, it takes atleast 5 min just to reach the payment page. Account balance is not being shown now. This has got to be the worst app I've used. It would've been great if the functionality was seamless. But nope, the devs had to break it. The bonus? horrendous UI

Although the app is feature rich. One suggestion I would like to see in the app is time sensitive notifications for the booking we've done like ticket bookings, train tickets etc. That would be a game changer for a lot of reasons and optional location based reminders for bookings can also be introduced. Kindly look into it.
