Ratings and reviews

The new Paytm Money app UI looks great! But the total amount and daily change are now shown as ₹**.**L or ₹*.*K, which makes it hard to track exact values. Earlier, full amounts were visible and more accurate. Though detailed reports show exact figures, it’s not practical to check or download them daily. Please bring back full value display with at least 2–3 decimals for better clarity.

very bad। 😡😡😡 Whenever I bought a stock and sold it at a loss, the sale went through immediately; however, when I bought a stock and tried to sell it at a profit, the order went into a 'pending' status. Subsequently—once the market price of that stock dropped—the order was cancelled. I have been using this platform for two months now, and so far, I have incurred a total loss of 4,000 to 5,000 rupees; I haven't made any profit at all. 😡😡😡😡

Worst customer care service, they don't even give numbers to connect one number is available that always says line is busy. My 5 lakhs of investment in mutual funds is stuck, they are rejecting my withdrawal request without any reason. I was in dire need of money, despite having money I was not able to withdraw on time. I will uninstall the app and never install it again once my investment is redeemed. I would have given 0 star.
