Ratings and reviews

The new Paytm Money app UI looks great! But the total amount and daily change are now shown as ₹**.**L or ₹*.*K, which makes it hard to track exact values. Earlier, full amounts were visible and more accurate. Though detailed reports show exact figures, it’s not practical to check or download them daily. Please bring back full value display with at least 2–3 decimals for better clarity.

Very poor service. just in case you travel abroad on business trips and your KYC shows up, it is highly impossible to get it updated. Nobody takes ownership. The interface is extremely complicated for shares and mutual funds. Weekly SIPs are not available. You cannot select all your SIPs to cancel them at one go, you would have to select each of them one by one to cancel it and then go to the next. Reports availability is also a challenge and to talk to customer service is equally difficult.

Hi Paytm money team, I have been using Paytm money for the past 6 months. I kindly request you to update the application if possible. The application is not opening, it is facing technical issues often. Please work on this to avoid the same things from happening in future. I'm in the urgency of withdrawing the money. This situation is making me think of closing the account and opting for an alternate application in the market. I'm raising this as a request. Please work on it. Thanks in advance.
