Ratings and reviews

The new Paytm Money app UI looks great! But the total amount and daily change are now shown as ₹**.**L or ₹*.*K, which makes it hard to track exact values. Earlier, full amounts were visible and more accurate. Though detailed reports show exact figures, it’s not practical to check or download them daily. Please bring back full value display with at least 2–3 decimals for better clarity.

I use almost all of Paytm’s apps and try to stay loyal, but sometimes I feel they don’t adapt accurate or useful features from other apps. For example, when I check the NAV chart of any mutual fund for 3 or 5 years, it only shows how much the fund has grown in total. There should be an option to view the CAGR instead, because that’s the correct way to measure growth. Showing just “20% growth in 5 years” can be misleading, as it actually works out to around 4% CAGR in reality.

The app crashed right when the market opened today and I'm unable to access my portfolio, i received no notification for maintenance or anything of such sort. And most of the time I can't receive mandates on my paytm upi app i end up cancelling my ipo application and applying for a new one and changing my app to Phone pe I'm honestly giving the whole paytm ecosystem the last chance , One more mess up from you guys and I'll delete the entire paytm ecosystem from my phone and my family's phone!
