Ratings and reviews

The new Paytm Money app UI looks great! But the total amount and daily change are now shown as ₹**.**L or ₹*.*K, which makes it hard to track exact values. Earlier, full amounts were visible and more accurate. Though detailed reports show exact figures, it’s not practical to check or download them daily. Please bring back full value display with at least 2–3 decimals for better clarity.

Highly disappointed with the recent state of Paytm Money. The mobile app has become completely unusable over the last couple of days. Every single time I open the app, it instantly gets stuck and throws a persistent "Refresh" error screen without loading the dashboard or portfolio. This level of instability is unacceptable for a financial trading and investment platform where timing is critical. I faced major issues trying to apply for an active IPO through the app and was forced to log into the

The experience is not as good as expected. I had already invested through Paytm Money but first it showed my account is inactive. Then after solving that problem now my SIP is not getting deducted as before and it just shows technical error from our side. And now I entered a new banks details and trying to switch the bank account but it is not allowing me to do that also. And the best part is their customer care will not answer your call and you will just keep playing with the ticket numbers.
