Ratings and reviews

This app is one of the best VMS apps I have used. Works exactly like it should and pulls up cameras very quickly from any of the NVRs I have connected. If your system is set up correctly you will have no issues with this app. I don't try to do PTZ functions if I don't have to and I don't do lengthy searches. Just a quick look at cameras when needed and it does the trick.

The latest app update broke the entire app. no locations load. I have to uninstall and reinstall and log in again each time just to pick a location to view. The next time I log in there are no locations to view. Terrible update.

This app used to be quite clunky-- but now it seems it requires a web services account to use. Absolutely ridiculous. I just need to be able to add the NVRs locally so I can easily adjust cameras. OpenEye, Im dissapointed about this-- seriously considering moving towards using a different brand of NVRs if this is the direction you are moving forward with.
