There is no fault reporting, and there is no customer service at the weekend, if you do not want suprises avoid this app for parking the convinet fee is not worth it. Extra: They are lying about 24/7 customer support but they will not responsing on incindents until next monday and they are also not reachable on phone.

When the new version was rolled out I was asked to log in, that is not nice, but probably acceptable. Next time, about a week later, my phone on-line the whole time, I was sked to enter the code from my mail again. That is sad. ...and why is it not possible to use biometrics? I was not able to start parking, because my favorite before was a motorcycle. I had to go to settings and change my preference. I received notification twice for everything.

With the new update, it's impossible to purchase a pass in-app. At least I hope I can purchase one once the active is expired, because until now it didn't matter if you had one expiring in 20 mins, now it does. I'm almost crying because it felt safe buying a new pass half an hour before the expiry of the old. It's stressing the hell out of me now, so thx for the update! Edit: In the end it got resolved, but your in-app communication about important outages, like a push notif, is nonexistent.
