Setting this up was the most miserable experience of my life. I spent over an hour and a half troubleshooting, setting up a 2.4ghz wifi connection, trying different devices, and resetting the feeder countless times. Every time I would figure out one thing, another thing went wrong. I got constant unresolvable errors. I am so frustrated that I am returning the feeder. I will never buy another pet safe product again if this is the typical user experience

Will not let me cancel a subscription I no longer use. Sent through an endless loop of emails, resetting passwords, verification codes, because you can't cancel in app. I'm about to have to put a dispute in with the bank. This was for a wireless fence subscription. Their "support" pages are a joke.

Update: After uninstalling and reinstalling the app, it now works again. Increasing to 4 stars, could have been 5 if customer support reached out to me after I emailed them. Original review: I can't save any changes to the meals anymore, can't edit food amounts or create new meals. There seems to be bugs. I'm on Android, if it helps. The app used to work great.
