Will not let me cancel a subscription I no longer use. Sent through an endless loop of emails, resetting passwords, verification codes, because you can't cancel in app. I'm about to have to put a dispute in with the bank. This was for a wireless fence subscription. Their "support" pages are a joke.

Update: After uninstalling and reinstalling the app, it now works again. Increasing to 4 stars, could have been 5 if customer support reached out to me after I emailed them. Original review: I can't save any changes to the meals anymore, can't edit food amounts or create new meals. There seems to be bugs. I'm on Android, if it helps. The app used to work great.

Great app and great feeder. I hope that team can add a feature in the app to "skip" a scheduled meal without turning off the entire schedule plan. Even better, if the app can notify 10 or 20 minutes before the scheduled meal and have the option to skip meal if needed that would be really useful. Somedays my cat eat less than other days. This feature can create some flexibility. Thank you.
