registered, bought 3 day passes for my family. only then it mentions that passes cannot be transferred from device. in a way i understand that this is for safety. atleast inform this well in advance. so I had to scan for all 3 of us. then comes the real problem, scanning of qr codes is so difficult. I had to try atleast 10 times while people behind me are just trying to get infront of us.

First it asks to search a destination and it shows different options and then on clicking proceed it again says enter to and from. What a stupid design. Coming from Sweden seeing the best apps there, the apps developed in italy are extremely poor. Not just this, all the apps developed in Italy in general are very poorly designed.

Cards are added, but when trying to pay for the tickets, nothing is there. No use. Update: it appears you need to go to the Navigation section in order to buy tickets, terrible translation. The app definitely needs improvement in its own "navigation". Increasing to 2 stars so far.
