Really badly translated, but as another person pointed out, Navigation means vaporetto (water bus) and Automotive means bus (land) and that gets you a long way to finding the right tickets. Also don't ignore the warning when it opens about using QR codes, and even with that, i turned off nfc to make sure my Gpay wasn't used and used the old scanners whenever possible.

Terrible application. If you're a foreigner, avoid using it. I purchased a seven-day access ticket, but ended up paying an additional ten euros for each ride because of their flawed access system. The office staff assured me that I could use the QR code on my phone, but I was still charged again at the turnstiles. There are no instructions in English, and despite knowing some Italian, I couldn't figure out how to use the app-purchased ticket.
