There is a love hate relationship with this app. While it is nice to use when it works, it almost never works and continuously logs you out and everytime you try to log in, it needs verifications which makes it quite useless in the day to day. There is better implementation inside the telecom apps than this dedicated app. Also if you have virtual card by airtel or even vodacom. Give up on this one. It won't work no matter how many times you try. Great idea... TERRIBLE EXECUTION.

Attempts in linking the app to my Airtel Money Mastercard virtual card seems to fail. I get prompted that the amount your good organization is trying to extract from the account is below the minimum allowed. Probably your team should revise the amount to meet Airtel's. Once this has been addressed, I'll attempt once again. The single star is to simply highlight the issue and not for the app functionality! Hope this helps!

Terrible customer service. Tried to pay for PCR Test 3 times and it failed yet money was deducted from my card. When I raised the issue, they confirmed the issue and would refund. Took me in circles for a month saying "we are working on it, our IT team is working in it". I had to get my bank's Fraud team involved to get my money back. Update Aug 22: Mgt got back to me to try and understand what went wrong. Things have been working smoothly since.
