Seems to work well for my needs, there is a glitch where if I'm listening to audio via Bluetooth such as YouTube audio or my podcast app Podcast Addict, the connection doesn't return and actually causes my podcast app to error out, saying it lost audio focus and to reboot my phone. I found a workaround to call on my cell Bluetooth then hang up, but I shouldn't have to do that, the app should release the Bluetooth correctly. Is this fixable?

The app is annoying and if it wasn't for work I would remove it. It keeps asking for access to my contacts and folders. NO!!! A millions times I have tried to stop this but the stupid app does not give the option to deny such access. If you can avoid it, don't use it. ***Edited to add*** For the record, to respond to the developer's response, the problem is the app and I say that as the phone system's administrator.

Hi Theodis, We are sorry to hear that the access to contacts and folders is not working. It sounds like a setting might be turned off. Please reach out to your business phone provider as they can provide trouble-shooting steps to identify the issue.

App is pretty terrible. If you pick up your desk phone the app continues to ring. If you get a call while placing a call there is no way to cancel the initial call you placed, you just have to close the app so you don't leave a long voicemail. Call quality is significantly worse on WiFi. Echoing and stuttering happen in 90% of our calls over WiFi. The app does occasionally work on cellular networks, but even when it is passably working the audio quality is still not great.
