Lots of room for improvement. Can't copy and paste phone numbers (or anything else) from the transcription. Can't fast forward through the vouce message during playback using the slide bar If the caller leaves a number at the end of their message and you miss a digit, you have to listen to the WHOLE message again to get to the end. You cannot use voice dictation when trying to send a text message through the app. Clearly not much thought or real world testing went into building this app.

I do NOT recommend using this. The amount of trouble I have when doing inbound and outbound calls is beyond stressful and impacts my work! From not connecting the call to disconnecting, static calls, feedback when someone's talking or when I'm talking, can't hear me, and so much more... The list goes on. I have updated the app, uninstalled it and reinstalled and still the same issues over and over.

Hi Amanda, It sounds like some settings need to be adjusted within the app. Please reach out to your business phone provider as they can provide trouble-shooting steps to identify the issue.

It works alright. There should be more standard, common-sense features, like I should be able to add a contact from voicemail messages. Currently it doesnt' even show what number called and left a message. Same things from the list of calls that have been made/recceived, I should be able to either press the profile icon or the info icon and easily add a caller / number to the contacts.
