Sogool is a secure messenger that combines P2P secure chat, private notes, and file protection in one app.

No account or sign-up is required. After a minimal signaling step, messages and files are encrypted on the sender’s device and sent directly between two devices over a P2P connection. Chat content is not stored on Sogool servers.

The first 1:1 connection uses a 16-character secret key. Once the chat connection is established, the other person is automatically added to your Secure Friends list.

• Secure Friends
After the first successful connection, you can request another chat from the Secure Friends list without entering the original key again. Secure Friend relationship data is managed locally on the device.

• No server-side chat storage
Chat content is not stored on Sogool servers.
