UPDATE. I am finally able to cash out. But it did take this review,8 emails, and almost a week for anyone to actually get back to me and help with my issue. other than it is a great app.OLD POST. I could not cash out even with 4 days worked. I tried multiple times to talk to someone and every time I try it keeps telling me that there is another chat open so they are closing this one. but no one ever answers my questions. Then when they send an email and I respond to it noone answers it.

I've been charged a double fee numerous times because EWA will post a small portion of my earned wages and then when I withdraw that amount , they will post the remaining amount and charge me another $4.99 fee. They're splitting my daily ewa instead of posting it all at once. There fore charging me almost $10 a day to get my Earned wages. This is happening often, and it's very irritating!

customer service rarely responds to emails, over the phone they had one suggestion that didnt work and told me someone will get back to me in 3-5 business days. this is for cash advances so 3 to 5 days of course is useless. all i needed help with was logging in. update: someone or something responded to this review by suggesting I contact customer service, which any fool can see I did as I clearly stated
